2017 Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Technology Salon - prefabricated building

       Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Technology Salon is one of the series of special activities based on the upstream and downstream connection of the industrial chain built by the construction platform of Tianjin Eco-City green buildings, focusing on achieving the goal of high-quality construction of 100% green buildings. For all types of buildings in Tianjin Eco-City and even in the northern region, it provides an integrated solution of technical path, implementation key points and product application oriented by various building performance requirements.

       Building assembly is the use of prefabricated components directly assembled on the site, its high construction efficiency, low wet operation, less environmental pollution and other characteristics, in line with the concept of low-carbon energy saving, at the same time, in 2016, the Premier pointed out at the executive meeting of The State Council, vigorously develop prefabricated buildings, promote the upgrading of industrial structure, is also to promote the supply side structural reform and new urbanization development requirements.

       After 9 years of construction, Tianjin Eco-City has vigorously promoted the construction of innovative green building demonstration projects such as wood structure, steel structure, prefabricated type and residential industrialization and the application of new technologies and new products. Therefore, in order to help Tianjin Eco-City improve the related needs of green building industrialization and prefabricated construction, and improve the technical system of prefabricated design and construction, on April 21, 2017, Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute, Tianjin Institute of Housing Science, Tianjin Temingade Housing Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Broad Low-carbon Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. jointly held the theme salon of "prefabricated building" to provide ideas for the construction and integration of the prefabricated industrial chain of the eco-city.

       Li Junhua, vice president of Tianjin Institute of Housing Science, conducted an in-depth analysis of industrial chain composition, prefabricated problems, current situation and policy trends in the northern region, and introduced experimental construction cases of housing groups, providing ideas for how to get involved in eco-cities and build a complete prefabricated industrial chain.
