Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute, founded in June 2011, is a professional institution with the whole process of green building evaluation, research and consultation as the core. The Green Construction Institute, initiated by government departments and operated as an enterprise, is jointly funded by Tianjin Eco-City State-owned Assets Management Co., LTD., Tianjin Branch of China Academy of Building Science, Tianjin Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., LTD., China National Testing and Testing Holding Group Co., LTD., and Gudao Engineering Consulting Co., LTD. (Tianjin).

We are a local company that grew up in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. After 11 years of pioneering efforts, we have helped Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City complete the whole process of green building evaluation and technical review of all buildings, and gradually formed various solutions based on green sustainable development of urban areas through continuous exploration and trial. At present, our institute has completed more than 20 square kilometers of green ecological urban areas and more than 30 million square meters of green buildings consulting, evaluation, declaration and other work, and declared more than 100 green building identifications. It has won honors such as "National High-tech Enterprise", "Post-doctoral Research Workstation", "Northern Region Green Building Base Operation Support Unit", "National Green Building Pioneer Award" and "National Green Building Innovation Award".
