We have participated in hosting, consulting, and evaluating over 230 green building projects, covering an area of over 15 million square meters. Among them, more than 50 projects have received national three-star green building awards.

Signed a framework cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Canal Suqian Port Industrial Park for the development of green buildings and green building materials related industries; Approved as the Vice Chairman Unit of China Green Building Materials Industry Development Alliance; Approved as a unit of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Ultra Low Energy Building Industry Alliance.

The self-developed green building full process information system has been launched; Editor in chief of the book "Exploration and Practice of Green Buildings in China Singapore Tianjin Ecological City"; Participate in the preparation of the "Tianjin Green Building Evaluation and Design Standards"; Participated in the preparation of the "Evaluation Standards for Green Buildings in the China Singapore Tianjin Eco City".

Hosted the application for the Low Carbon Experience Center project and obtained dual certification from China Green Building and Singapore Green Mark Green Building; Undertake the research project of "Key Technologies Research and Demonstration of Green Building Complex Construction in China Singapore Tianjin Ecological City", a key project of the National Science and Technology Support Plan during the 12th Five Year Plan period.

Tianjin Ecological City Green Building Research Institute Co., Ltd. was established Participated in the compilation of the "Navigation Ecological City - China Singapore Tianjin Ecological City Indicator System and Decomposition Implementation Model"

2016

Undertake the ecological city planning project for Tanggu Bay New City in Tianjin; Becoming a member unit of the International Passive House Association; Received the National Green Building Pioneer Award; Participated in the "China Singapore Tianjin Ecological City Energy Management Platform" project and won the Huaxia Building Science and Technology Award; Participated in the preparation of the "Guidelines for the Operation and Management of Green Buildings in the China Singapore Tianjin Eco City".

2014

Approved as a supporting unit for green building bases in northern regions; Approved as a national high-tech enterprise; Editor in chief's book "Building Energy Consumption Simulation eQUEST&DesT Operation Tutorial"; Participate in the preparation of the trial standard for the energy consumption baseline of green buildings in Tianjin Ecological City; Approved as Tianjin Green Building Collaborative Innovation Center; Approved as the Tianjin Green City Construction Technology Engineering Center.
