2017 Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Technology Series Salon Phase I - Building automation and intelligent control

Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Technology Salon Series is one of the series of special activities for upstream and downstream connection of the industrial chain built on the construction platform of Tianjin Eco-City green buildings, focusing on achieving the goal of high-quality construction of 100% green buildings. For all types of buildings in Tianjin Eco-City and even in the northern region, it provides an integrated solution of technical path, implementation key points and product application oriented by various building performance requirements.

      On March 10, 2017, the first phase of the salon series "Building Automation and intelligent control" theme salon was successfully held. The activity was initiated by Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute and co-sponsored by Tongfang Teide International Technology (Beijing) Co., LTD and Tianjin Architectural Design Institute.

"Intelligent overall solution for Green buildings" theme sharing

       Wang Donglin, chief engineer of Tianjin Architectural Design Institute, analyzed several issues concerning national policies, building operation and maintenance status, technology integration and current rain leakage control, and explained how to implement building automation and intelligent technology.

"BAS construction, operation and maintenance problems and improvement strategies" theme sharing

       Hedi -- Vice President of Energy Conservation Research Institute of Tongfang Teide International Technology (Beijing) Co., LTD., based on many engineering application scenarios, emphasized the use of multi-dimensional big data to conduct reasonable operation and maintenance of building BAS system, and shared successful cases of offices, libraries and other buildings around the country.
