I. Project overview

(3) Project requirements: to meet the domestic reception requirements, with rich experience in planning, design, reception, venue service and so on. Cater for small and medium-sized meeting size groups. With professional planning, production experience and high level of production ability. Must be familiar with meeting procedures; Due diligence must be on time; Mobile phones must be available 24 hours a day; Be patient with guests. Practice diligence and frugality; Division of work, time node, consolidating job responsibilities; Grasp the details, do a good drill before the meeting.

(4) Schedule requirements: From the date of signing the contract to June 24, 2020, the project conference services and the preparation of necessary basic materials shall be completed, specifically to ensure the smooth development of the parallel Forum of the Eco-city. Within 1 month from the date of signing the contract, complete the preparation of Eco-city smart city trademark registration materials, and the declaration cycle is determined according to the relevant national requirements.

(5) Project budget: 670,000 RMB

2. Bidder's requirements

(1) A legal person or other organization with the ability to independently bear civil liability, providing relevant documents (a copy of the business license or a certificate of legal person of a public institution or a registration certificate of a private non-enterprise unit or a registration certificate of a social organization legal person or a registration certificate of a foundation legal person);

(2) Have a good record of paying taxes according to law, and must provide relevant certification materials of paying taxes according to law for at least one month in 2019 or 2020;

(3) Have a good record of paying social security funds according to law, and must provide relevant certification materials of paying social insurance premiums according to law for at least one month in 2019 or 2020;

(4) Joint bids are not accepted.

Iii. Notes for bidders

(1) The bidder shall, according to the relevant requirements in the purchase list, make a one-time written quotation (unit price and total price) to the unit (all quoted in RMB) before 9:00am, June 17, 2020.

(2) Transaction principle: under the premise of meeting the procurement demand, quality and service equality, the supplier with the lowest quotation shall be regarded as the transaction supplier. Once the quotation and commitment of the supplier are recognized, the contract price shall be the transaction price.

(3) The bidder's bid on the competitive negotiation document shall be irrevocable. Otherwise, the bidder shall not participate in all procurement activities of the unit in the next one year.
