Our hospital was invited to participate in the 2019 (first) Healthy Building Conference

On March 22, 2019, as a director of the Healthy Building Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance"), our Institute was invited to participate in the "2019 (first) Healthy Building Conference" and the "Fifth Working meeting of the first Council of the Healthy Building Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance". As the first industry conference held by the alliance, with the theme of "Healthy Buildings help high-quality development", we invited academicians, experts, executives and other representatives from the fields of health, construction and finance to focus on healthy environment research, standard certification, solution supply, case demonstration, industrial value, etc., to promote healthy China in the field of construction through exchanges and integration. The alliance work meeting mainly focused on the internal discussion of the 2019 work deployment such as the preparation of "healthy Building 2020", the healthy building series forum and the standard promotion and implementation.

Industry activity

At 11 am, the Alliance was commissioned by Construction21 International to commend the shortlisted projects in China in the Construction21 International Green Solutions Award 2018. The Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Southern Area project, which was declared by our institute as the technical consulting unit, won the first place in the world for sustainable development of the award.

The Construction21 International "Green Solutions Award" has been an important part of the United Nations Climate Conference in the field of urban and building sustainable development since 2015, aiming to provide a professional and international information sharing platform to showcase outstanding sustainable solutions for buildings, municipalities and cities in response to global climate change.

Sino-singapore Tianjin Eco-City

As a major cooperation project between the governments of China and New Zealand, and the first eco-city jointly developed between countries in the world, the eco-city plays a good demonstration role in coping with global climate change, saving resources and energy, protecting the ecological environment, building a harmonious society, and realizing sustainable development strategies. After ten years of development and construction, the southern area of the eco-city with a total area of 7.8 square kilometers has been basically completed.

Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute

Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute is the first professional institution in China with the whole process of green building evaluation, science and technology research and development, technology and solution consulting as the core. Since its establishment in 2011, the company has been committed to the research of green building key technologies, and has accumulated rich experience in the field of green building design, construction, acceptance evaluation and consulting. At present, we have completed more than 20 square kilometers of green ecological urban area, and nearly 13.5 million square meters of green buildings consulting, evaluation and identification application work, and helped the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City complete the green building evaluation and technical review of all buildings. We not only carry out exploration in green ecological urban areas, but also commit to carry out research in sponge city, renewable energy planning and management, building carbon emissions, green building evaluation and consultation, building energy efficiency operation, green building construction management, and green technology information interconnection. In continuous exploration and attempts, we have gradually formed various solutions based on green buildings and sustainable urban development.
