Letter of inquiry

I. Project overview

(1) Tenderer: Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute Co., LTD

(2) Project name: The 16th "International Green Building and Building Energy Conservation Conference and New Technology and Products Expo" booth exhibition service project

(3) Venue: Suzhou International Expo Center

(4) Overall requirements: booth design and construction and related matters

(5) Schedule requirements for program preparation: From the date of contract signing to August 24, 2020, all the work required in the inquiry documents shall be completed.

2. Bidder's requirements

(1) A legal person or other organization with the ability to independently bear civil liability, providing relevant documents (a copy of the business license or a certificate of legal person of a public institution or a registration certificate of a private non-enterprise unit or a registration certificate of a social organization legal person or a registration certificate of a foundation legal person);

(2) Have a good record of paying taxes according to law, and must provide relevant certification materials of paying taxes according to law for at least one month in 2019 or 2020;

(3) Have a good record of paying social security funds according to law, and must provide relevant certification materials of paying social insurance premiums according to law for at least one month in 2019 or 2020;

(4) With good business reputation and sound financial accounting system, it is necessary to provide the financial report of the enterprise audited by a third party accounting firm in 2019 or the credit certificate issued by the bank after the tender announcement is issued;

(5) Joint bids are not accepted.

Iii. Bidding content and technical requirements

(1) Provide relevant quotations according to the requirements of Annex I: Purchase List;

(2) The quality shall be based on the acceptance quality and higher than the acceptance quality;

(3) Insurance for on-site construction personnel shall be provided by the supplier;

(4) The acceptance criteria shall be based on the design effect drawing;

(5) This project is the total contract price, and the buyer has the right not to pay any other expenses incurred.

Iv. Requirements for preparing a quotation letter:

(1) The project shall be submitted in the form of quotation documents prepared by the supplier;

(3) Project budget: 360,000 RMB.

5. Precautions

(1) The bidder may make a one-time written quotation (unit price, total price) to the unit (all quoted in RMB) before 9:00am on August 21, 2020 in accordance with the relevant requirements in Annex I: Purchase list.

(2) Transaction principle: under the premise of meeting the procurement demand, quality and service equality, the supplier with the lowest quotation shall be regarded as the transaction supplier. Once the quotation and commitment of the supplier are recognized, the contract price shall be the transaction price.

(3) The bidder's quotation in this letter of inquiry shall not be withdrawn. Otherwise, the bidder shall not participate in all procurement activities of the unit in the next one year.
