　　Green building evaluation and consulting services are our core business. We are responsible for the professional and whole-process technical review and evaluation of all green buildings in the scheme design, construction drawing design and acceptance stage of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, so as to help the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City achieve the 100% green building target. After 7 years of experience accumulation, we have provided green building evaluation and consulting services for 13.5 million square meters of buildings, and helped builders obtain more than 200 national green building identifiers.

Green building design evaluation

  We have compiled applicable green building evaluation standards for the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, developed a baseline of energy consumption indicators, and established a quantitative and qualitative green building evaluation method based on this goal, and adopted standardized and localized energy consumption simulation software to simulate and analyze the performance of green buildings. Design evaluation services for green building envelope, heat and cold source equipment, air conditioning system, renewable energy and other technologies.

Green building whole process management

  Traditional green building design review can not meet the requirements of green building, green building management should carry out the whole process of project construction. We provide green building review management covering the whole process of planning, design, construction, acceptance and operation for all green buildings in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, and closely integrate with the existing planning approval management process to fully implement the requirements of passive green building technology, active equipment and renewable energy to ensure the realization of green building goals.
