Green Construction Institute and Autodesk Software (China) Co., Ltd. to carry out BIM technology exchanges
On October 13, 2016, Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute and Autodesk Software (China) Co., Ltd. jointly discussed the application of BIM in green buildings. The two sides conducted an in-depth analysis on the application of BIM in green buildings and discussed the feasibility of extensive cooperation in the next step. BIM (Building Information Modeling) takes various relevant information data of construction projects as the basis of the model to establish the building model, and simulates the real information of buildings through digital information simulation. In order to improve the project production efficiency, improve the construction quality, shorten the construction period, reduce the construction cost. In recent years, the government is committed to the roots and promotion of BIM technology in the country, on September 19, 2016, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "2016-2020 Construction Industry information Development Outline" proposed that "in the '13th Five-Year' period, comprehensively improve the level of construction industry information." Efforts have been made to enhance the integrated application capabilities of information technologies such as BIM, big data, intelligence, mobile communication, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, and breakthroughs have been made in the digitization, networking, and intelligence of the construction industry." As the third-party evaluation agency of Tianjin Eco-City, the Green Construction Institute will vigorously promote the application of BIM in the construction of green buildings and ecological urban areas, and cooperate with relevant units to jointly carry out BIM-related training, do a good job in the whole process of project construction and operation of BIM application and other related work, and effectively promote the construction of green ecological urban areas and northern green building base. |
