Eco-city Keppel Logistics project has been awarded the national 2-star Green Industrial Building designation
The Eco-city Keppel Logistics project, organized and declared by the Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute, has recently passed the review of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and obtained the national two-star green industrial building identifier, which is the first storage cold storage project to obtain the national two-star green industrial building identifier. The project introduces modern logistics concepts and improves the overall image of Tianjin Logistics. The warehouse management adopts the more advanced VNA narrow tunnel storage system, which greatly improves the space utilization rate of the warehouse. Electric forklifts and electric pallet trucks are used for cargo transportation, and forklift charging areas are set up to reduce energy consumption of cargo transportation. At the beginning of the project design, the concept of "green building" was integrated into it, and a series of green building technical measures such as energy-saving public equipment, water recycling, and factory production products were adopted to reduce energy consumption, water consumption and material consumption of industrial buildings. The project takes full advantage of a passive technical strategy, with 92 light panels on the roof of the warehouse to enhance natural lighting. After the completion of the project, it can not only meet the logistics needs of Tianjin Binhai New Area, but also stimulate the development of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City eco-industrial Park, which is closely related to it, thus driving the economic development of the surrounding region. The panel of judges fully affirmed the exploration of green building technology in the field of storage and cold storage of Keppel Logistics project in Tianjin Eco-City, and agreed that the project can provide a model for the promotion of green modern logistics industry in China. 鸟瞰图 |
