Tianjin Eco-City special green building review meeting was successfully concluded

On September 24, the National Green Building Identification Review meeting of Tianjin Eco-City, organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, was held and successfully concluded in the R&D Building of Tianjin Eco-City Science and Technology Park. The Tianjin Eco-City Green Building Research Institute organized a total of five Tianjin eco-city projects. After expert review, the Eco-City Low-carbon Experience Center project became the first operation identification project in China to obtain the new national standard, and reached the highest star of three green buildings. In addition, Yi Wo Hui Residential and Keppel II were awarded the three-star design logo, while Yi Wo Hui Commercial and Community Centre 2 were awarded the one-star design logo.

At this meeting, Wang Meng, Deputy Director of the Construction Bureau of the Eco-City Management Committee, introduced the exploration and practice of the eco-city in eco-city and green building, and the technical staff of the Green Construction Institute reported the situation of the participating projects. After hearing the report, the expert review team represented by Wang Youwei, director of China Green Building and Energy Conservation Committee, fully affirmed the exploration and practice of Tianjin Eco-City in green building. Experts agreed that the attempts made by the Eco-city low-carbon Experience Center in green operation have realized the implementation of the green building concept in operation, truly saving resources, and effectively improving the quality of green buildings. With the continuous advancement of green building work in our country, more and more green building projects enter the operation stage, green operation will become an important development direction.

Experts visited and reviewed the green operation logo of Tianjin Eco-City Low-carbon Experience Center project
