Green Construction Institute was invited to attend the annual meeting of China Green Building Youth Committee

From September 16 to 18, 2015, the Annual meeting of China Green Building Youth Committee was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia. The conference was hosted by the Youth Committee of China Green Building and Energy Conservation Committee.

Four technicians from the Green Construction Institute were invited to attend the meeting and had extensive technical exchanges with the delegates. Liu Wenchuang, Director of Tianjin Eco-City Management Bureau, made a special report on "Heating metering and charging mode" at this meeting, introduced the practice and exploration of Tianjin Eco-City in the field of heating metering and charging, and won the attention and recognition of the experts attending the meeting.

On the basis of adapting to the thermal comfort needs of users, the heating metering charge can enhance the user's awareness of energy conservation, and realize the protection of the interests of both heating and heating. Since 2003, the state has vigorously promoted the reform of urban heating system, but up to now, there are still some problems to be solved in the management system and technical system. Through numerical simulation, field measurement and user investigation, Tianjin Eco-City has carried out in-depth research on heating metering and charging, and put forward feasible policies and technical support measures.
